May 31, 2018: The Travel Curmudgeon was welcomed recently in Riga, Latvia, where he was guest of honor and designated “starter” for the largest marathon in the Baltic’s — and tossed the opening spear that sent over 100,000 runners – and walkers – on their way through the cobblestone streets of Riga.
