Airlines deal best with only two kinds of luggage: Lost, and carry-on. That should give you confidence the next time you fly!

Ask for a wheelchair?! Yup, as many as 20 passengers asked for wheelchair pre-boarding for one recent Southwest flight — with only 3 travelers actually needing the service. 17 wheelchair pre-boarders walked off the flight. Shameful!!!
