Yup — daily screening counts on weekends — Friday-Sunday — 2 MILLION PLUS— travelers these days — allow extra airport time to navigate the airport travel maze!!!

Peacocks seem to be running wild throughout southern California these days — no need to head to the zoo when you might find flocks roaming the streets, especially in the Pasadena area where their “relocation” program was suspended during the Pandemic. Beautiful YES, troublesome YES, sometimes aggressive YES, loud YES (especially early morning and late at night) – and the city now reports a “proliferation” of Parrots along streets and in neighborhoods. No doubt southern California is for the birds!!!

Mixed reviews from limited capacity Park visitors — plans to reopen both California Parks at near normal capacity by mid-June???

YUP — tests now under way at undisclosed US and European airports — are showing canines rate of detecting the virus rivals rapid testing  —virus detecting dogs would be a boom, especially in countries/locations that do not have resources for more rapid testing!!!

Beware — both Uber and Lift are short of drivers — waits for a ride can take much longer — and ride pricing has “tripled” in some cities —both ride share companies are offering drivers a cash bonus and other incentives …. But like being caught in traffic it’s slow going — if you even get going!!

Yup — in an effort to help control “unruly” passengers, both SOUTHWEST and AMERICAN have stopped selling/serving booze on all domestic flights — at least until SEPTEMBER — airline travelers are behaving poorly and being disruptive — a few even being banned from their favorite airlines — mask up and be respectful!
