The FAA now says that, with proper paperwork (medical, etc.), Pit Bulls are ok to travel as emotional support animals — but bans of emotional support snakes are still in place meaning they aren’t coming on the plane with you. Most experts agree that the pet emotional support flying program has gotten way out of hand and is really only a “ploy” by passengers to avoid paying fees for traveling with Fido and other assorted critters!

Yup — British Airways reported that it’s London-New York service is now part of a very exclusive club that generates over one billion a year in revenue for the carrier. What a take away!!!

Major carriers like American, Southwest and United are fighting capacity and scheduling issues with now long term 737 Max flight safety issues — that have forced capacity cut backs and blocked deliveries — and some route cancellations. And all this with record setting revenue — maybe less is good for airlines — especially if they can sneak in price increases?

A San Francisco area ride share firm, called Zum, is now targeting kids — by offering exclusive ride sharing services to help move your gang to school, social events, and other time consuming car pool needs. Might this make life easier for parents and nannies??? We’ll see!!!
United does something nice for customers?
Yup — United is now saying your “hard earned-expensive” frequent flyer miles will now be good forever — they’re even reinstating your expired miles for the last year! Although not the first US carrier to do this, it is a big customer service move for UAL. Now lets get back to working on ground and flight customer services!!!

TSA Security at Seattle were really on the job recently when they spotted a passenger carrying a lovely bouquet of flowers through their security line with a hidden knife. As one agent said, “roses are red, violets are blue, but a knife hidden in your flowers can’t be carried through!”

Spirit Airlines is now going to let flyers book by text — but charge $25 for the privilege! You need to use WhatsApp — Spirit says it’s a way to “better connect” with passengers! Spirit continues to lead the industry with poor customer services and travel airport+flight delays!!!

Maybe — with huge financial issues — poorly performing stock and a loss of over ONE BILLION DOLLARS — UBER has given walking papers of more the 400 marketing employees — UBER calls the move a “reorganization”… watch for other changes and possible rate increases in the coming months!!!
