Yup — well a giant inflatable Loch News Monster balloon any way. Just before it was to set sail down the River Clyde, police said the giant balloon was to be part of a publicity stunt to call attention to the recent world climate change conference in Scotland. Took about 60 police officers to get the giant monster under control!!!
