State of Alaska offers free COVID vaccines to lure visitors?

The state of Alaska says they are planning to offer cruise ship and airline travelers FREE Covid vaccines as an incentive when the “open for travel” later this spring — could be a BIG incentive to help the states lingering tourist business?
