The SCOOTSKI, a California invention, is a sleek land vehicle that’s a combination of a jet ski and motorcycle on wheels — some with wings! And looks like something from a Batman movie. Not sure if the department of motor vehicles has figured out how to classify the Scootski — other than it’s quite fast and unpredictable on the road!!

News business stats show 1/6 of ALL US restaurants WILL NOT reopen — that’s more than 100,000 restaurants and food service operations that have been hit by the Pandemic — support your local restaurant or food service dining folks — EAT OUT or TAKE OUT!!!

A recent study in Europe showed that folks who lived near an airport had a higher risk of heart issues than residents who lived away from airport — at least 7 miles or more! Living near an airport increases heart and stress issues — even during nighttime sleeping hours.  Medical folks call this “the silent killer!”

… Travelers being “extra creative” in using carry on food to include drug smuggling!!!

With leisure travel on the increase, car rental agencies — especially in hot travel destinations like Hawaii — are taking advantage and rising rates. Some rentals are going for as high as $600 a day in Hawaii — and if a drop off at another location is involved expect an additional fee of up too $250!!!  Buyers, or in this case, drivers … BEWARE $$$$

Yup — not sure how many thousands of miles are required but Delta has a deal for their top tier frequent flyers to exchange miles for private jet travel —  US airlines are struggling to get their frequent flyer folks to burn up miles on services other than seats on their airlines — and looks like they might get stingy with free seats as revenue business picks up!!!

Looks that way — from the east coast — but NOT to London — the Brits have said ok to fly to Britain BUT to Gatwick and Stanstead Airports … and no start date until the Pandemic settles down some in Europe!!!
